Be-Resourcing is recruiting an Operations/Managed Services Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with hybrid options from Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will support delivery across multiple workstreams and help drive continuous improvement within a growing professional services team.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, coordinate governance and reporting, analyse performance data, and contribute to the development of new tools and ways of working to create real value for clients

Qualifications

  • Around 2+ years' experience in project coordination, project management, service delivery, operations, or continuous improvement.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with data, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a growing and evolving environment.

Looking for a role where you can make a visible impact, work on meaningful projects, and help shape the future of service delivery?

We're partnering with a leading international professional services organisation to recruit an Operations/Managed Services Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking team, with the flexibility to be based from either the Glasgow or Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis. You'll enjoy a varied role, helping to deliver innovative services, drive continuous improvement, and support projects that create real value for clients and the wider business.

The Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you'll support the delivery, development and continuous improvement of managed services and strategic projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring initiatives are well-organised, effectively governed, and delivered to a high standard, while helping identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in a professional services, legal services, or similarly fast-paced corporate environment and are looking to develop their career within project delivery, operations, or service management.

You’ll ideally bring:
