Job summary

Corona Energy is seeking an experienced Operational Trainer to develop knowledge and confidence across the business. You will deliver engaging training, support new starters, and partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

The role focuses on delivering operational and technical training in a fast-paced environment, with a Coventry City Centre base and a standard Monday–Friday pattern. You'll play a key part in shaping learning experiences and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering operational, technical or role-specific training.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience creating training materials and learning resources.
• Ability to quickly understand new systems, processes and technical information.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
