Thrive Childcare is looking for a Nursery Manager at Holyrood Dryden Nursery in Manchester. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high quality childcare and EYFS standards for children aged 0–5.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare with at least two years in a supervisory/management position, plus a strong commitment to team development and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (DfE recognised).
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities
