Job summary

Citizens Advice Flintshire is seeking a Marketing and Communications Officer to lead planning, delivery and evaluation of our marketing activities. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Communications Officer to ensure our services reach and benefit the communities we serve.

You’ll bring fresh ideas, use audience insight and performance data to improve reach, engagement and impact, and support key events and campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• Solid marketing and communications experience in a public or community-focused setting.
• Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print and media channels
• Lead editorial planning for e-newsletters and ensure on-brand content
• Oversee website and social media analytics to improve reach and SEO
• Manage Mailchimp audiences, templates and campaigns with performance data
• Produce internal communications such as staff newsletters
• Own printed materials from concept to production, including annual report
• Capture client stories in line with consent and data protection
