Job summary

Citizens Advice Flintshire is seeking a Marketing and Communications Officer to lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of our marketing and communications. You will work with the Marketing Manager and Communications Officer to ensure our services reach the people who need them.

You’ll use audience insight and performance data to improve reach, engagement and impact, creating campaigns across digital, print and media channels and handling content from newsletters to annual reports.

Qualifications

• Solid marketing and communications experience.
• Experience planning and delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to use audience insight and performance data to improve reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print and media channels
• Lead editorial planning for e-newsletters and final sign-off on marketing content
• Look after website and social media, using analytics to improve reach, engagement and SEO
• Manage Mailchimp audiences, templates and campaigns, using performance data to improve results
• Produce CAF Weekly, the internal staff newsletter
• Own printed materials from concept to finished product, including the annual report
• Capture client stories and case studies in line with consent and data protection requirements
• Support key events including the Adviser Network Forum and Volunteer and Staff Away Days
