BCP Council is recruiting Level 2/3 Social Workers for Adult Social Care across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. The roles are permanent, full-time (37 hours) with vacancies in Dorset. Starting salaries are £45,529 for Level 2 and £49,817 for Level 3, with pro rata pay for part-time staff.

You will join Long Term Conditions teams, delivering strengths-based practice and supporting adults aged 18+ to live safely and independently in the community.

Qualifications

• DipSW or equivalent professional qualification.
• Registered with Social Work England (SWE).
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).

Responsabilités

• Carry out strengths-based assessments and identify risks.
• Support proportionate care and create responsive care plans.
• Collaborate with health, housing, community and voluntary services.
• Champion people’s rights, choice, independence and inclusion.
