Job summary

BCP Council is recruiting Social Workers Level 2/3 for the MASH Team in Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole. Hybrid working, with base at Poole Police station and home working at times.

A registered Social Worker with Social Work England and 2+ years of frontline safeguarding experience are required, with ASYE completion preferred. Salary ranges from £45,529 to £49,817 per annum, with a Strong commitment to development and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Social Worker with Social Work England
• Minimum 2 years front-line safeguarding experience
• ASYE qualification completed

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess and transfer referrals to the appropriate team or service.
• Work within a systemic, child-centred approach to safeguarding.
• Provide high-quality risk analysis and decision making in complex cases.
