Job summary

SCL Education Group in Bradford seeks a dedicated educator to support learners with SEND, delivering tailored teaching across remote, classroom, 121, and on-site settings.

You will evidence progression against negotiated targets, contribute to wellbeing and safeguarding, and work with teaching colleagues to foster inclusive learning environments. AET Level 3 or teaching qualifications are expected, with opportunities for CPD.

Qualifications

• Good general education with English and Maths at C or equivalent, or working toward Functional Skills Level 2.
• Experience with learners with SEND and ability to support inclusive education.
• IT literate with MS Office and Teams proficiency.
• Ability to work toward deadlines and targets with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning to meet learner needs, including remote, classroom, 121 or on-site delivery.
• Evidence progression against targets set with learners and colleagues.
• Motivate and support learners to achieve their goals through collaborative teaching methods.
• Create tailored support plans based on assessments and needs.
• Provide wellbeing and pastoral support as required to aid engagement.
• Maintain high performance and quality standards in teaching.
