Qualifications

• Experience of supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Ability to foster safe, positive relationships with children.
• Willingness to participate in INSET training and staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support individual children or small groups in accessing learning.
• Assist with personal care and EYFS tasks when required.
• Deliver teacher-planned interventions in small groups under guidance of the class teacher.
• Monitor pupil progress and share observations to inform next steps.
• Maintain resources and classroom displays under teacher direction.
• Supervise pupils during playtimes and transitions with safeguarding in mind.
