Job summary

Gunthorpe Primary School in England is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide targeted SEND support on a 1-1 basis, across our diverse pupil cohort. This role is fixed term up to 31 August 2027, part-time 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am–12:30pm.

You will work closely with teachers to follow planning, build positive relationships with learners and families, and contribute to high-quality learning in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a teaching assistant with SEND support.
• Ability to follow and deliver planning for multiple age phases.
• Commitment to safeguarding and DBS checks.

This post would suit an experienced TA who is looking for the chance to make a clear and positive difference through the excellent support they will provide across our school for pupils.
