Change Grow Live in Manchester is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to lead an important service delivering Individual Placement and Support. You will manage a caseload of 25 people in structured treatment, providing person-centered job search support and building relationships with local employers to create opportunities.

Join a team offering extensive training, 37.5 hours per week, and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills for effective relationship building.

• Aptitude in data collection and reporting for IPS services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 25 individuals on structured treatment for substance use.
• Deliver IPS employment support with person-centered guidance.
• Develop relationships with local employers to create opportunities.
• Collaborate with treatment staff to identify referrals and provide integrated support.
• Support clients to sustain employment and achieve retention.
