Responsibilities

• Work with individuals to create personalised support plans addressing needs and goals.
• Encourage and assist clients in developing life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and managing tenancy.
• Help clients maintain their tenancy by providing advice on rent payments and tenancy agreements.
• Offer emotional support to clients facing challenges such as mental health issues, addiction, or social isolation.
• Assist clients in accessing local services, including healthcare, education, employment, and benefits.
• Respond to emergencies or crises, providing immediate support and ensuring client safety.
• Identify and report safeguarding concerns in line with organisational policies.
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure living environments are safe and meet standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support provided.
