Job summary

YMCA St Paul’s Group in London is seeking a Housing, Care and Support Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative and clerical support to the senior Housing, Care and Support team. You will help ensure smooth operation of housing services and programmes and maintain accurate records.

The role involves coordinating referrals via Care Place, data protection compliance, and supporting audits. The position is based in South Ealing with a hybrid pattern and 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior Housing, Care & Support team and the wider housing team as required.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases; manage electronic filing systems on shared networks; use Microsoft Office applications.
• Ensure all records comply with data protection, retention and confidentiality requirements; support safeguarding, health and safety and compliance; assist audits and track KPIs.
• Manage and coordinate referrals received through the Care Place system; review documentation and match individuals to appropriate housing projects based on needs and eligibility.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the housing department, including arranging meetings, taking minutes, handling messages, and process improvements.
