Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting a History Graduate to support students in a successful secondary school in North Tyneside. You’ll gain valuable experience by assisting with teaching-related tasks, delivering interventions and supporting pupils with SEND. This long-term opportunity offers weekly pay and CPD access.

The role is full-time with immediate and January starts, paying £92.63–£115.00 per day (PAYE) and includes dedicated consultant support throughout placement.

Qualifications

• A degree in History or a related subject.

Responsibilities

• Support students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
• Deliver targeted interventions to raise attainment.
• Help students develop confidence and engagement in learning.
• Support pupils with SEND, ASC, ADHD and SEMH needs.
• Encourage resilience and independent learning skills.
• Work alongside teachers, pastoral teams and SEND professionals.
• Build positive relationships that promote achievement.
