Job summary

Menphys in Leicester is seeking a Head of Fundraising to lead a flexible team and shape our fundraising strategy across community fundraising, events, partnerships, individual giving, trusts and donor stewardship. The role is permanent, with 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week and requires evening and weekend work.

You will drive income growth, manage a collaborative fundraising program, and build strong relationships with supporters, partners and funders while upholding safeguarding and governance

Qualifications

• Experience across fundraising areas such as trusts, community, events, or individual giving.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with supporters and partners.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
