Connex Education Partnership is looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of needs in Bristol's specialist settings. The role offers flexible day-to-day or long-term assignments with both full-time and part-time options and a daily rate of £100–£120 depending on experience.

You will work with teachers and therapists to deliver engaging activities, promote wellbeing and inclusion, and adapt approaches for autism, SEMH and other needs.

Formación

• Experience supporting children with SEND in education, care, or youth settings.
• Patient, resilient and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsabilidades

• Support pupils across Key Stages 1 to 3 with learning, development and wellbeing.
• Deliver engaging, personalised learning activities with teachers.
• Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
• Adapt approach to meet needs including autism, SEMH, or learning difficulties.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to achieve outcomes.
