Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essential.
• Caring, patient, and resilient attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other needs.
• Work one-to-one or with small groups.
• Help create a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Encourage independence, confidence and social development.
• Support learning plans and classroom activities.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
