Aston Villa Foundation is seeking an Events and Fundraising Manager to lead the planning, development and delivery of the Foundation's fundraising programme. You will create engaging opportunities to generate income and build long-term supporter relationships, working across education, employability, health and community initiatives.

The role includes managing an annual events calendar, budgeting, promotion, matchdays and stakeholder engagement to ensure sustainable funding for the Foundation's

Qualifications

• Experience of fundraising, event management or income generation.
• Track record of planning and delivering successful events, campaigns and fundraising activity.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience of managing budgets, income targets and event performance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new fundraising and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborative and flexible, able to work across teams.
• UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.
• Available to work matchdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, development and delivery of the Foundation's events and fundraising programme.
• Develop and manage an annual calendar of fundraising events and campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale fundraising events.
• Monitor fundraising performance and manage budgets against targets.
• Communicate impact of the Foundation's work across education, employability, health and wellbeing.
• Drive diverse income streams across community, individual giving, corporate, trusts and major donors.
