KM Recruitment is seeking an Employment Advisor / Recruiter in Birmingham. The role involves engaging unemployed participants, partnering with employers and education providers, and delivering tailored support to help clients secure sustainable employment or progression into further learning.

The position is full-time, centre and field based, with driving to surrounding communities. Salary is £30,000, with aFTC until Spring 2028 and potential extension.

Formación

• Must have worked in an Employability/Support role.
• Experience in sourcing job opportunities through employer engagement.
• IT-literate with ability to use basic software and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Engage unemployed participants to help them gain sustainable employment or education pathways.
• Proactively build relationships with employers and education providers to source opportunities.
• Provide tailored support to help individuals overcome barriers and sustain employment.
• Arrange work experience and training opportunities.
• Assess needs and guide on benefits and workplace challenges.
