Reed in Partnership is looking for an Employment Adviser to support jobseekers and engage with local employers. You will provide tailored guidance, CV writing support, interview preparation and skills development to help participants enter sustainable work.

You will work towards performance targets, manage a caseload, and promote the Restart Scheme within the local community. Flexible working arrangements may be considered depending on role and business needs.

Formación

• Coaching/mentoring experience and influencing skills.
• Experience in customer-facing environments.
• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven role.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet customers/employers.
• Minimum of 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at Grade B or equivalent Level 2.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers and create action plans.
• Provide one-to-one guidance on CV writing, interview prep and skills development.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
• Engage with local employers to identify job opportunities and signpost barriers.
