SGS College is seeking an Employability Skills and Industry Placement Coach to join the Readiness and Personal Development Directorate. You will support learners to develop employability skills and professional behaviours, coordinate high-quality industry placements and harness workplace learning opportunities across the region.

You will build strong relationships with employers, deliver engaging workshops and work with curriculum teams to ensure positive learner destinations and progression

Competenze

• Experience of organising industry placements, volunteering opportunities or employer engagement activities.
• Experience of delivering employability skills workshops, training or programmes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage high-quality industry placements and employer-led learning opportunities.
• Deliver employability skills workshops and workplace readiness sessions.
• Coach learners to develop and evidence key employability skills including communication, collaboration and problem solving.
• Support learners to develop professional behaviours and workplace expectations.
