Qualifications

• Experience of organising industry placements, volunteering opportunities or employer engagement activities.
• Experience of delivering employability skills workshops, training or programmes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational, planning and administration skills.
• Experience of working with employers and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• A learner-centred approach and commitment to supporting individual success.
• Strong digital skills and experience of recording and monitoring data.
• A driving licence and access to transport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage high-quality industry placements and employer-led learning opportunities.
• Deliver employability skills workshops, workplace readiness sessions and pre-placement briefings.
• Coach learners to develop and evidence key employability skills such as communication, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Support learners to develop professional behaviours and workplace expectations.
• Match learners to suitable placement opportunities aligned to study programmes and career goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners and external organisations.
• Conduct placement reviews, employer liaison and learner progress monitoring.
