Job summary

Christchurch Learning Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Outreach Coordinator to help expand our outreach provision. The role is a fixed-term contract for 30 hours per week, with a pro-rated salary package alongside the Band 8 SCP framework (£28,843 - £32,785 pro-rated, or £35,570 - £40,444 FTE).

You will deliver targeted interventions, develop individual support plans and coordinate a caseload while working closely with families, schools and other professionals to help pupils overcome barriers

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions and coordinate a caseload of pupils referred via Local Authority pathways.
• Develop individualised support plans to help pupils overcome barriers to learning, engagement, attendance and wellbeing.
• Support and guide staff within schools, monitor progress and contribute ideas to the outreach service.
• Work directly with families, schools and other professionals to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
