Job summary

Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Appeal in Bristol is seeking a motivated Community Fundraiser to inspire individuals, schools and groups to raise vital funds through creative activities. You will build strong supporter relationships, deliver talks, manage events, and support fundraisers while upholding high stewardship standards and GDPR compliance.

You will be friendly, proactive and able to travel across the South West, promoting the charity through talks, presentations and donor care.

Qualifications

• Energetic and motivated fundraising professional
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to engage a wide range of supporters and partners

Responsibilities

• Support the community fundraising team to meet objectives and strategy
• Steward mid-level fundraisers and partners including schools and clubs
• Deliver talks to schools and groups across the Bristol area and South West
• Represent the charity at events and build new fundraising opportunities
• Maintain GDPR-compliant donor data and records
