For UPR colleagues, there is scope to take a leadership role in teaching and learning initiatives. You will collaborate with colleagues, parents and carers to support pupil development, maintain a positive learning

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage, challenge and support all pupils.
• Assess, monitor and adapt teaching to ensure strong progress and achievement.
• Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment with high standards of behaviour.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support pupil development and school improvement.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including curriculum development, safeguarding and, for UPR teachers, leadership of teaching and learning initiatives.
