Job summary

Lavoro Care is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker in the United Kingdom to support children and young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties. You will help them build confidence, develop life skills, and create brighter futures.

The role involves providing a safe, nurturing environment, building positive relationships, supporting daily routines and activities, and encouraging independence within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• 6+ months UK experience in children's residential care.
• Experience supporting children with EBD and challenging behaviour.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Caring, resilient and positive attitude.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Providing a safe, nurturing environment.
• Building positive relationships and role modelling.
• Supporting daily routines, education and activities.
• Encouraging independence and personal growth.
• Managing challenging behaviours with patience and professionalism.
