Job summary

Brook Street Social Care is seeking caring and resilient Residential Support Workers to support children and young people aged 7-18 with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities.

You will help create a safe, nurturing home, support daily routines, encourage independence, manage behaviours positively, and help young people develop skills and confidence to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people is desirable.
