Lifeways is seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team in Kent, supporting young adults with complex needs. The role offers a full-time contract (37.5 hours/week) at £13.45 per hour, with shifts across 7:30am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-10:30pm plus sleeps.

Driving is essential for this role, and full training is provided. We welcome compassionate individuals who can help residents lead independent, valued lives.
