Job summary

Mears Group PLC in Coatbridge is seeking a Business Analyst to develop, produce and maintain MI to support decision making, KPI monitoring and contract mobilisation. You will translate operational needs into practical requirements and help drive outcomes that work in the real world.

You will link operational and project teams, facilitating workshops and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, while supporting delivery and change activities.

Qualifications

• Experience elicitation and documentation of requirements.
• Process mapping and process redesign experience.
• Workshop facilitation with stakeholders at all levels.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong data analysis with KPI interpretation.
• Advanced Excel skills and data handling.
• Experience using Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering activities.
• Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all levels.
• Use data analysis to identify trends, root causes and opportunities.
• Develop business cases and options appraisals.
• Support project delivery and change implementation.
• Monitor and measure business benefits and outcomes.
• Support Quality Assurance & audit.
