Mears Group PLC in Coatbridge is seeking a Business Analyst to develop, produce and maintain MI to support decision making, KPI monitoring and contract mobilisation. You will translate operational needs into practical requirements and help drive outcomes that work in the real world.
You will link operational and project teams, facilitating workshops and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, while supporting delivery and change activities.
Annual salary: up to £39,000.00

Salary: up to £39,000 per annum plus £4,000 company car allowance

To develop, produce and maintain management information (MI) to support commercial & management decision making, client KPI monitoring, project delivery and contract mobilisation. Promote the use of MCM within the branch and to continually look for process improvements and emerging technology to innovate.

You will be the link between operational and project teams, helping to understand what colleagues need, translate that into practical requirements and keep delivery focused on outcomes that work in the real world.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
