Job summary

Mears Group in Coatbridge seeks an experienced Business Analyst to develop, produce and maintain MI to support decision making, KPI monitoring and contract mobilisation. You will translate operational needs into practical requirements for system design and BAU transition.

The role requires curiosity, collaborative approach and ability to work independently to deliver outcomes that matter for projects and clients in the North Lanarkshire area.

Qualifications

• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering activities.
• Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all levels.
• Use data analysis to identify trends, root causes and opportunities.
• Develop business cases and options appraisals.
• Support project delivery and change implementation.
• Monitor and measure business benefits and outcomes.
• Support Quality Assurance & audit.
