Job summary

London South East Colleges is seeking a proactive Behaviour and Inclusion Mentor for the Bromley Campus. You will lead targeted interventions, apply trauma-informed de-escalation and restorative practices, and collaborate with teams to support inclusive student engagement.

The role focuses on helping learners overcome barriers, build resilience, and manage behaviour so they can re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes across the college community.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students to overcome barriers to learning through targeted, personalised interventions
• Using de-escalation and trauma-informed approaches to manage and improve behaviour
• Embedding restorative practice across the college to promote accountability and growth
• Helping students to build resilience, confidence, and self-management skills
• Working collaboratively with staff to create a consistent, inclusive approach to behaviour and engagement
• Delivering training and sharing best practice to strengthen behaviour support across teams
