The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator at Longlands Care Home in Blackbird Leys, Oxford. You will plan and deliver a varied activities programme that supports residents’ independence and social engagement.

This role involves building relationships with residents, staff and the local community, arranging events, and tailoring activities to individual needs while promoting wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering activities or events, preferably with elderly residents.
• Ability to engage residents and tailor activities to individual needs.
• Comfortable working with team members, relatives and local community.
