Qualifications

• Experience in sports coaching applied to education settings.
• Ability to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
• Understanding SEMH needs and behaviour management basics.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with pupils in lessons and around school to support progress.
• Develop understanding of different needs and learning styles with teachers.
• Support pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour across age range.
