Job summary

Acumen is looking for an Impact Manager with at least 8 years of experience to support the Associate Director of Impact and help the team design and implement Acumen Academy’s Theory of Change and Impact Framework.

The role requires extensive experience in developing theories of change, impact frameworks, evidence and measurement systems, and cross‑border collaboration with stakeholders in private sector finance.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in creating Theories Of Change, logical frameworks approach/logic models, Impact Frameworks.
• Experience in developing Evidence and Measurement Frameworks and operational tools such as Indicator trackers and results based monitoring approaches.
• Prior experience collaborating with project implementation teams and familiarity with project planning, Gantt charts, risk management etc.
• Experience working in a global context across timezones with multiple stakeholders in private sector finance.
