Job summary

Acumen is seeking an Impact Operations Lead in London to oversee impact measurement and management across global regions. You will lead the implementation of an updated impact toolkit, ensuring data quality and delivering reports to funders while driving learning from the portfolio.

You will collaborate with regional investment teams and the CIO function, manage direct reports, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of operational management in an international, cross-functional role.
• Experience in impact measurement and management and impact investment.
• Experience in private sector context.
• Self-reflective and aligned with Acumen values.
• Permanently authorized to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Own Global Impact Operations: deploy and optimize impact workflows across regions.
• Bridge Investment and Funding Lifecycles with regional teams and Finance.
• Govern Data Collection & Quality Assurance across geographies.
• Translate Data into Insights: build dashboards and actionable reports.
• Support Funder Engagement and Communication on impact reporting frameworks.
• Enable Regional and Portfolio Impact Management with training and tools.
