Job summary

Standard Chartered Foundation seeks a senior strategist to support its strategy, innovation agenda and impact approach, aiming to increase employability and entrepreneurship outcomes for under-served young people. You will lead thinking on financial instruments across the impact spectrum, from grants to blended finance, and collaborate with programmes to embed systems measurement.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience in strategy and philanthropy.
• Expertise in systems-level impact measurement.
• Strong communication and leadership across multi-country contexts.
• Experience with catalytic and investment capital instruments.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio strategy and programme design that advances impact.
• Lead continuum-of-capital using grants, catalytic grants, guarantees and blended finance.
• Define multi-level measurement frameworks linking outcomes to portfolio and markets.
• Build external thought leadership and partnerships to advance practice.
