Job summary

The Felix Project is seeking an Impact, Evaluation and Reporting Manager to lead the organisation's impact strategy, own the Theory of Change, and embed evaluation across teams in London.

Reporting to the Head of Special Projects, you will coordinate data analysis, surveys, and reporting with Tech, Ops, Marketing, and the Management Team to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. This role requires strong data skills and stakeholder collaboration across four London depots.

Qualifications

  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research, preferably in the social and/or environmental sector.
  • Strong analytical thinker with high data literacy and the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Understanding of methods to assess social and environmental impact.
  • Knowledge of the London third sector, ideally with a food focus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on the implementation of the Impact Strategy and develop the next iteration of the strategy.
  • Own and iterate our organisational Theory of Change, ensuring adoption and understanding.
  • Manage annual impact surveys for Community Organisations and Suppliers; collaborate with Heads of Community Engagement and Supply.
  • Contribute to volunteer and staff surveys and ensure impact questions are included.
  • Own and deliver the communications plan with the MarComms team.
  • Lead on the Research and Evaluation policy and related activities.
  • Oversee Annual Impact report creation and other reporting activities.
  • Collate data across the organisation into a clear narrative to streamline reporting.
  • Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting for the Senior Management Team.
  • Coordinate with FareShare impact team to align work.
  • Support fundraising with impact reporting for new applications and bids.
  • Assist project teams to embed impact reporting in new and existing projects.
