Recruit3 is seeking a Participation & Partnerships Operations Manager to drive delivery of funded programs in Wales. Based in Cardiff with home-based flexibility, you will translate strategy into practical plans, budgets, and risk management to keep complex work moving and funding delivering real impact.

Reporting to the Head of Participation & Partnerships, you will oversee portfolio-wide delivery, challenge decisions, and coordinate teams across partners.

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify potential operational issues, assess risks and escalation concerns appropriately.

• Provide portfolio-wide oversight, challenge and coordination to deliver well, spot issues early and enable colleagues to lead their own work with autonomy and accountability.
