Zusammenfassung

Satellite Applications Catapult is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer/Senior MEL Officer to join the Impact and Evaluation Team. You will plan and implement monitoring and evaluation for externally-funded projects, embedding theory of change planning and results frameworks into programme strategy and design across the organisation.

The role reports to the Head of Impact and Evaluation and requires strong analytical, collaborative, and deadline-driven skills.

Qualifikationen

• Masters degree in a relevant subject or equivalent track record of relevant work experience.
• Experience implementing theory-based evaluation approaches and methodologies.
• Ability to lead and facilitate planning workshops and stakeholder consultations.
• Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Good teamworking and people management skills.
• Experience delivering training is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Deliver the M&E and benefits realisation planning, reporting and evaluation components of funded projects.
• Provide technical leadership and training to embed Theory of Change into project planning.
• Design, manage and deliver learning reviews and studies within the Evaluation programme.
• Ensure results and lessons learned are captured and communicated to inform planning for impact.
• Develop and build company-wide engagement with the I&E team and Evaluation Framework.
