Job summary

Talbot Village Trust in Bournemouth, Dorset, seeks an experienced Impact & Learning Lead to deepen and communicate the difference our funding makes. You will lead on impact measurement, evaluation and learning, ensuring decisions are evidence-informed and funding delivers maximum benefit.

The role focuses on developing a framework for learning, partnering with grantees, staff and trustees to create sustainable, data‑driven change across our grant programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading impact enquiries.
• Experience with community-engaged participatory research.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the impact and learning framework for TVT.
• Lead on impact measurement initiatives and reporting.
• Collaborate with grantees and partners to develop evaluation tools.
• Translate evidence into accessible insights for trustees and staff.
