Job description

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Personal Development Mentor to join our small, passionate team at YMCA Thames Gateway, West Kent, to work with 16-19 year olds with SEND, delivering our King’s Trust curriculum. The role will involve planning and delivering learning sessions with individuals and small groups, engaging them with activities to support life skills and Preparing for Adulthood. The successful candidate must have energy, enthusiasm and flexibility. A 'can do' approach and ability to inspire and motivate the young people in our centre is essential. The work is sometimes challenging, but very rewarding and you will be an integral part in transforming the lives of the young people we work with.

Summary Of Job Profile
  • Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract/Part Time/Term Time Only
  • Working Pattern: 16 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
