Job summary

Not For Profit People is partnering with a charity arm of a leading football club to recruit an Insight & Impact Officer. You will analyse data, measure social impact and turn information into actionable insight to support better decisions.

You will work with the Insight & Impact Manager and colleagues to connect data, systems and processes, improve data quality and help the organisation maximise its community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience working with data in an analytical, operational or systems-based environment.
• Proficient with Excel and data manipulation.
• Experience cleaning and checking datasets to ensure accuracy.
• Experience using databases or CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyse programme performance and community impact, producing meaningful insights to support decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide clear, accessible performance information.
• Monitor data quality, identifying and resolving missing, inconsistent or inaccurate information.
• Support the development and improvement of systems, processes and workflows.
• Investigate data and system issues, getting to root cause and identifying practical solutions.
• Work with colleagues to improve data collection, reporting and the use of technology.
• Provide guidance and training to colleagues to build confidence in using systems and data.
• Support programme monitoring, KPIs and impact measurement.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, communicating findings clearly.
