Job summary

Lucy Walker Recruitment Limited is seeking a Development & Insight Manager for a prominent cultural organisation. The role combines fundraising, grant administration, data analysis and impact reporting.

You will work with the Head of Development & Insight to deliver timely funding applications, monitor grants, and produce clear evaluation reports demonstrating impact and supporting future growth. Experience in arts or not-for-profit sectors is advantageous; excellent written and analytical

Qualifications

• Experience preparing funding applications and managing grant reporting requirements.
• Excellent written communication, research and analytical skills.
• Experience working with data, evaluation or impact reporting.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• A high level of accuracy, sound judgement and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Confidence using spreadsheets, databases and information-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Researching funding opportunities, managing the fundraising pipeline and preparing high-quality funding applications.
• Managing grant awards, monitoring funding conditions and ensuring reporting requirements and deadlines are met.
• Coordinating Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) monitoring and reporting, including Grantium submissions.
• Collecting and analysing audience, programme and evaluation data to demonstrate organisational impact.
• Leading the preparation of the annual impact report and producing clear reports, analysis and recommendations.
• Working with colleagues across departments to gather financial, programme and performance information.
• Maintaining accurate records, reporting schedules and tracking systems, while identifying opportunities to improve processes.
