Job summary

London and Quadrant Housing Trust, operating through the L&Q Foundation, invites applications for an Impact and Reporting Officer. This FTC role supports monitoring, evaluation and reporting across multiple projects, turning data into meaningful impact insights.

You will help ensure data accuracy, inform decision-making and promote continuous improvement within the Foundation and wider L&Q teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, insights and areas for improvement.
• Experience of producing accurate reports, dashboards and management information for a range of audiences.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities, helping the Foundation measure, understand and demonstrate its impact.
• Produce reports and insights that support decision-making, improve performance and help deliver departmental priorities.
• Support governance, compliance and risk management activities, ensuring accurate and reliable information.
• Work closely with colleagues across the Foundation and wider L&Q to promote data-driven learning, continuous improvement and positive outcomes for residents and communities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting processes, data quality and the use of evidence across the Foundation.
