Job summary

Nest is seeking an Implementation and Impact Lead to drive workplace savings and financial wellbeing initiatives. You will turn evidence into practical, scalable solutions by collaborating with employers, financial services and industry partners.

The role focuses on building senior relationships, delivering complex change programs and guiding projects from strategy through execution, with hybrid working in London and flexible delivery to achieve real impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building trusted relationships with employers, financial services providers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience of implementation and business change, helping organisations move from planning through to practical delivery.
• Experience gained within employee benefits, management or implementation consulting, client/account management, business transformation, financial services, fintech, HR technology or payroll.
• Strong strategic judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and identify practical opportunities.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, relationships and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage different audiences and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and impact initiatives across workplaces, turning ideas and evidence into scalable solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with employers, financial services providers and senior stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and relationship management.
