Job summary

Nest's Centre for Inclusive Money in London is seeking an Implementation and Impact Lead on a 2-year fixed term contract to turn ideas and evidence into practical workplace savings and financial wellbeing solutions.

You will build senior relationships with employers and financial services, influence decision-makers, and steer multi-stakeholder projects from planning to delivery, with hybrid office/home arrangements Canary Wharf.

Qualifications

• Experience building trusted relationships with employers, financial services providers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience of implementation and business change, helping organisations move from planning to delivery.
• Experience in employee benefits, management or implementation consulting, client/account management, or payroll.
• Strong strategic judgement and problem-solving skills for ambiguity and high-impact opportunities.
• Strong project management and organisational skills for multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
