Job summary

The Centre for Inclusive Money at Nest is seeking an interim Associate Director of Communications to lead our six-person team in London, hybrid working. You will evolve our communications strategy, align delivery with organisational goals and strengthen our reputation, reach and influence among policy, industry and funding audiences.

You will turn complex pension and financial wellbeing research into clear, accessible content, building credibility with senior stakeholders while modeling

Qualifications

• Strategic ability to develop and deliver an integrated communications strategy across stakeholder engagement, digital, events, media relations and corporate comms.
• Proven track record leading complex campaigns with multiple projects, partners or stakeholders, delivering to objectives, timescales and budgets.
• Experience leading a communications team and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
• Ability to turn complex materials into clear, accessible content for policy, industry and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building credibility with senior stakeholders and advising on public affairs and reputation management.
• Knowledge of pensions/financial wellbeing or related public policy, with commitment to inclusive communications.
