Job summary

Nest’s Centre for Inclusive Money seeks a Director of Insight and Evidence to lead the research programme, shaping how we understand the financial lives of low- and moderate-income households and turning that understanding into action.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, influence senior decision-makers, and collaborate with external partners to drive evidence-based change across policy and practice.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership in mission-led research or policy organisations.
• Ability to translate complex evidence into strategic implications.
• Experience leading a complex programme of research or insight.
• Proven track record of influencing senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centre's research programme and ensure evidence-led strategy.
• Translate evidence into clear, actionable policy or practice recommendations.
• Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary research team.
