Job summary

Simplyhealth is looking for a Charity Programme Co-ordinator to lead the BrightBites Programme in the UK, coordinating work with Denplan and Dentaid. You will engage schools, dental practices and communities, manage volunteers, and support data-driven impact reporting to help reach ambitious reach goals.

Based in Reading and surrounding areas, the role focuses on delivering education, prevention and access to resources while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Coordination of programmes and stakeholder engagement.
• Volunteer management and impact measurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of the BrightBites Programme and support annual targets.
• Develop and monitor a social impact framework with ESG team.
• Recruit and maintain relationships with schools, nurseries and community groups across the UK.
• Manage volunteer recruitment, DBS checks, training materials and resource distribution.
• Support communications and marketing activity, including social content and events.
• Create reports and dashboards to track progress and impact.
